I made it with PI 

but it can be crafted in any other version 

open a new image in the size 800 x 800 

and add a mask

Now let us begin

1 open black and blue frame 07 paste it and move it to the top in the middle

2 black and blue paper 03 a shove it under the frame and all that poking erase away and paste your tube

3 open black and blue 77 and change the size to 300 px move it to the left to edit on the frame and mirror sliding it to the right on the frame

4th. open black and blue 73 and change the size to 190 px and move it to the right on the frame and turn it 15% right

5 open black and blue 85 and change the size to 263 px and move it to the left on the frame

6th. open black and blue 22 and change the size to 143 px and move it to element 85

7th. open black and blue 102 and change the size to 331 px and shove it down

8th. open black and blue 19 and change the size to 228 px and schiebees to bottom right

9th. open black and blue 11 and change the size to 151 px and move it to the left at the bottom of the frame

10th. open black and blue 43 and change the size to 254 px and move it to the bottom right

11th. open black and blue 93 and change the size to 211 px slide downwards to the left and in the Layer Manager all the way down under the frame .... Edit us turn reflect hirizontal reflect move it to the bottom right and also in the Layer Manager all the way down

12th. open black and blue 57 and change the size to 179 px and shove it down

13th. open black and blue53 and change the size to 155 px and shove it down

14th. open black and blue 15 and change the size to 206 px and move it to the bottom left

15 open black and blue 68 and change the size to 69 px and move it to the left

16 open black and blue 69 and change the size to 120 px and move it to the top right

17 open black and blue 84 and change the size to 150 px and move it to the left

Select all objects summarized as a single object and sharpen

now copy and watermark it
